Elevate Corporate Membership enables organisations to provide relevant and cost effective health benefits to their staff. Only Elevate Corporate Membership provides both in-house health programs as well as clinical services for individual staff at our CBD location wellness centre.

Investment – Cost of Membership

With limited budgets in mind, Elevate does not charge for the membership on an individual employee basis. This means that there is no cost to the employer for the suite of clinical services, alliances and extras. The only investment from the organisation is for the in-house wellness program component, which is custom-designed in collaboration with each organisation.

The Membership discount of 20% is not available in conjunction with other discounts offered by Elevate. Affiliate discounts not available in conjunction with other discounts provided by the affiliate. The Terms and Conditions may be changed without notice to the Member. Elevate is not liable for any injury, financial or other losses, negligence, suffering, misadventure or any other outcome resulting from the Elevate membership which may incur liability for Elevate if not for this notice.
